Magazine Release Party
Issue No. 07 of the PXV Art Mag comes out this April! We are celebrating the 2024 issue with a magazine release party at Studio 323 from 6:00-8:00 pm on 4/26/24. A special exhibition featuring artwork published in the magazine will be on display in the shop.

About the Magazine
The PXV Art Mag is dedicated to documenting and amplifying artists connected to Phoenixville, PA. Each issue has a unique theme and a guest curator who reviews all artist applications. With “energy” as the theme for Issue No. 07, it was a perfect fit to invite Abby Wheeler of Studio 323 to curate the magazine. This issue features 40 artists who share what they find energizing about being an artist and how they protect their energy.

For the first time, the PXV Art Mag has utilized outside help to produce the content of this publication. Tina Crespo is a local photographer who volunteered to interview and photograph our cover artist, Sean Halloran. Sarah Jackson is a Phoenixville-based writer and editor who interviewed some of the founding forces of the Phoenixville art community to write the article, Cultivating Community.
